We have a lot of tools at our disposal these days which can lead us to wonder what direction to take.  I believe that once we know who we are, and we are happy to be ourselves and no-one else, we will be able to walk our talk with ease, joy and contentment.  Most importantly, when we can learn to like, love and care for ourselves, we can open our hearts to others and build a better world for us and future generations.

This website acknowledges too that life is not always blissful and full of light and love.  It can present us challenges with grief, anger, despair, depression and so on.  The valleys and peaks of life are where we learn, grow and integrate life's lessons.  So you're encouraged to embrace with passion all aspects of yourself, they are part of life, and experiencing everything you encounter on your life path helps to illuminate your path to being who you're meant to be, whatever that means for you as a unique, exciting, adventurous individual.

 I hope to inspire you with self-acceptance, a joyful acknowledgement of the spiritual world around us, and to provide a small contribution to the World's Gross Happiness Quota.

Each of us has our own Soul Songlines which connect us to each other - a web of light which unites all sentient beings on Earth and throughout the Universe. When we realise that we are part of a galactic community, we can expand our own heart and soul beyond wildest imagination.  We have no limits!
